Christmas Pudding Trifle

Ingredients

 
  1. Strawberry jelly crystals
  2. Leftover Christmas pudding
  3. Leftover berries from fruit platter (strawberries + raspberries etc.)
  4. Leftover custard
  5. Fresh cream

Method

Make up strawberry jelly beforehand, allowing time for it to set
Place crumbled leftover pudding in the bottom of the bowl
For the next layer place leftover berries
Follow with leftover custard
Cut up jelly for the next layer
Scatter some berries on top and dollop fresh cream
Chill in fridge
Serve and enjoy for Boxing Day dessert
