Cranberry Banana Bread

Ingredients

  1. 3 ripe bananas
  2. 1/2 cup brown sugar
  3. 3 eggs
  4. 85ml milk
  5. 85ml olive oil
  6. 2 cups plain flour
  7. 3 teaspoons baking powder
  8. 1 cup dried cranberries

Method

Heat oven to 150°C.

Beat bananas, sugar and eggs together.

Add milk and oil, then the dry ingredients.

Carefully mix on a low speed so that you don't break the cranberries up.

Bake in a greased loaf tin for about 70 to 90 minutes.

Slice bread before serving.
