Crunchy Granola

Ingredients

 
  1. 2 cups of traditional rolled oats
  2. 1/2 cup brown sugar
  3. 2/3 cup crushed hazelnuts
  4. 1 cup flaked almonds
  5. 1/2 cup raisins, sultanas, or chopped apricots
  6. 1/3 cup of honey

Method

Mix oats, nuts and fruit with the honey in a bowl and spread on a baking sheet.

Spritz with light olive-oil spray and bake at 150°C for 20 to 30 minutes.

Don't let this over-bake or it'll taste burnt check it every 10 minutes and give it a stir.

Serve with yoghurt or milk and fresh fruit.
