Do Something!

Do Something runs the FoodWise campaign. We are a new type of not-for-profit organisation that combines the resources of the business community and the goodwill of the public to bring about change.

Research Partner - The Australia Institute

The Australia Institute is the country’s most influential progressive think tank. Based in Canberra, it conducts research on a broad range of economic, social and environmental issues.

Feed Sydney

Feed Sydney, which ran from 1 - 30 June 2010, raised funds for Sydney food charity and FoodWise partner OzHarvest, as well as the 165 charities around Sydney to which OzHarvest supplies food.

OzHarvest

OzHarvest rescues high quality perishable food that would otherwise go to waste across Sydney, Wollongong and in Canberra, providing meals for the needy and homeless.

FareShare

FareShare is an innovative, not-for-profit organisation that creates healthy meals for Melbourne's hungry and homeless, using quality surplus food that would otherwise be wasted.

Second Bite

Second Bite collect surplus food from food markets and distribution centres. They distribute this food to community groups and people in need.

Foodbank

Working together, Foodbank, its donors, supporters, partners, welfare agencies, volunteers and staff are tackling the hidden problem of hunger in Australia, one empty stomach at a time.
